- Notification: fraud report submitted through the platform

2. Applicability
By using this platform, you accept these terms and conditions. Use the platform only if you agree to all terms.
3. Purpose and scope
The platform is intended for the good faith reporting of suspected fraud in the Belgian moving industry to competent authorities.
4. User obligations
You are required to:
- Provide only truthful information
- Acting in good faith
- Not to make false accusations
- Respect applicable laws and regulations
- Not to infringe on third-party rights
5. Prohibited uses
It is forbidden to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Using the platform for defamation or libel
- Pursue commercial purposes
- Disrupt technical systems
- Violate copyrights
6. Liability
- No guarantee of specific results of reports
- No liability for actions of authorities
- Limited liability to legal minimum
- Exception: intent or gross negligence
7. Intellectual property
All rights on the platform belong to the administrator, except content uploaded by you for which you retain ownership.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated through the platform.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law is applicable. Disputes shall be submitted to the Belgian courts.
